I got my Helix (ear) pierced on New Year's Eve. Kate who did the piercing was so kind and sweet. She was very gentle and I barely felt the needle going in. She told me how to take care of it and all that and after I left she emailed me instructions on how to take care of it and when to come back in to change the jewelry just so I didn't forget. I have other piercings on my face and ears that I got from different shops. I can honestly say that she's been the best one that I've ever gone to and when I decide my next piercing I'm definitely going back ❤️

This place is awesome the staff is amazing! Very hospitable and got me and my wife in and out during a blizzard Very satisfied customer! We will definitely be returning! Shout out to Cam he's a beast with ink pen! Definitely recommend Big Time big time!

I've had the pleasure of getting 3 tattoos by Jason, one being a cover-up. He always does a great job!! The team is great, vibes are perfect. I recommend this shop to everyone. I've also gotten pierced by Kate. She does great work, too. I take my daughter here for all of her piercings, as well. Check them out!!!

Friends and I stopped in this afternoon (4/27/25), just a last-minute thing to end a weekend of fun out of town. It was the PERFECT end to our escapades. Mande did a great job, and I do believe we entertained her as much as she entertained us. She pierced my conch (pictured). All in all, great experience and I highly recommend her and Big Time!
